My Story
Hi, I'm Samuil.
Well, firstly and most importantly...thanks for stopping by!
I have gone through a few different events in life, some I learned the easy way and many I had to learn the hard way!
In 2019, this journey of self-improvement started my daily practice of meditating. So far, I have a total of 724 hours and 52 minutes in my hands and that number keeps rising!
There was a time when I was trapped by fear, anxiety, and bad habits, and it seemed like prescription medications were the only way out. But I didn't want to rely on pills. A nagging voice inside me, shaped by society's expectations, kept insisting that my low self-esteem was the result of poor choices, and the only way to fix it was by rebuilding myself from the ground up.
So I went on an in-depth search for data and read about the positive aspects of meditation, both from English written sources as well as Spanish. Once I gathered the facts, everything changed. I went from being a nervous, fearful person with only 2 euros in my bank account to feeling genuinely calm, naturally happy.
My life now is owning a small apartment in the mountains and sharing it with my adopted dog. Suddenly, I became the person people enjoyed being around again. They appreciated my rational thinking and started coming to me for advice.
In 2022, I helped my friend Dominique overcome his anxiety and dependence on medication through daily guidance. Within six months, he was living happily without any issues.
Later that year, I assisted a colleague who couldn't leave his house without drinking alcohol. Through daily conversations and meditation sessions, he changed jobs and revitalized his professional career in just four months.
In the past two years, I've successfully helped 17 people, which is a huge motivation for me to keep going!
